Q:

As an American what is all of my natural rights no one can take from me?

A:  Your natural rights are to Life, Liberty, and Property. The video linked to below does a very good job at explaining where these rights come from. Since not a single living person agreed to the Constitution, the US government routinely violates these rights. A contract is not legitimate if both parties haven''t agreed. Taxes infringe on your right to property (which comes from the right to life, watch the video for more) because it is theft. They are saying ''Give us money or we will use force to take it from you.'' without you agreeing. Marijuana prohibition and countless other victimless ''crimes'' violate your right to liberty. The Constitution theoretically protects your right to freedom of expression, to bear arms, and to be free from certain government abuses. The government...

The Different Types of Life Insurance

A:  term insurance is the plain vanilla of life ins. if you pass away during the term of the policy it will pay the death claim. it is by far the least expensive of the two. whole life is a bundled product that offers a savings vechicle with the policy. it is more expensive than term and you probably can''t get enough coverage for your family in case of a pre mature death. there are some provisions in whole life ins. especially the savings part. 1. in most cases it takes two to three years to build up any savings. 2. once you have savings if your want money from it. you have to borrow it to keep the policy in place and the money you borow reduces the death benefit. not a great investment. www.primerica.com/cprince Term Life insurance is for...

I see so many sad adopted people here, what is wrong with you?

A:  ''I see so many sad adopted people here, what is wrong with you?'' I see so many sad people asking sad questions, so what''s wrong with you? ''can you not give thanks that God chose to place you with a loving better family?'' Wow. So God does that, yet turns a blind eye to violence and impoverishment. Man, your God is one sick mother...... ''my baby will be born soon'' Yours? ''the woman i am adopting (hopefully her) from is not a very good mother i will give my baby a much better life'' So the baby goes from a not very good mother to a skanky loser. Damn, the child can''t win ''i will give my baby a much better life'' More Promises. Promises. Promises. Not worth the paper it''s written on ''what is the problem?'' ''Houston, we''ve had a problem'' it goes by the name of Lucy. my problem is...

Q:

cost of living is high in uk or us ..?

A:  the cost of living here in the us is expensive. when you compare it to what most jobs pay it''s a struggle. uk is higjer cost of living in the UK is definitely higher than the US. More people preferred the US because it used to be the ''Land of Opportunity'', but not anymore. If you are trying migrate to either country for work, this isn''t the best time. I have lived in both countries. So has my husband. We can tell you from personal experience that the cost of living is MUCH higher in the US than in the UK. There are a couple of exceptions..one is meat. Of course you do know that the US has had more cases of BSE than the UK right? They just keep it under wraps to avoid wide spread panic....

Q:

What''s in the pipeline in next couple of years for a large *hybrid* SUV or van?

A:  I read all the magazines, and I don''t know of any new hybrids coming like what you described. As for the whole green thing - hybrids aren''t as green as they seem - sure you''ll burn less fuel, but what about those batteries? There still seems to be some unanswered questions about what we''ll be doing with all those millions of batteries when they start needing replacing. There are vehicles now that are much more efficient and less expensive than Tahoe hybrids. Minivans! A four cylinder Toyota Sienna is rated at 19 city and 24 highway, that''s 3 mpg better on the highway than a Tahoe Hybrid, and a Sienna has far more interior room. The V6 Sienna has the same hwy rating, but one less in the city. The Suburban is big inside, but Tahoe, not so much. You could probably fit your paintings in a...

Q:

My Yard is Flooding and the Property Owner Refuses to Install a Drainage System, What Should I Do?

A:  “We live in Washington State. When our home was built in 1989, there was suppose to be a drainage ditch installed behind our property on the boundary line. This ditch was to run for serveral homes. It was to collect water from the neighbors properties behind ours and the surface water drainage from all the new homes back yards and drain into the cities sewer system. The City started the ditch but never finished the plans. They signed off on the property and the homes were sold. (we bought one) . We have had drainage issues since we moved in. The property behind us fills up like a lake and our water has no where to drain so it fills up in our back yard. The City then signed off on another development next to ours where they built up the land and graded the properties to drain into the...

Q:

What are the chances of this?

A:  Wifey, I was wondering when they opened infantry to women? A unit supply specialist does not have much of a chance of kicking in doors. However, you may have a high chance of being in a vehicle making supply runs. You have to understand that anything is possible during war time. If your unit has taken casualties and needs another body for a patrol, you can be tasked with going. Unlikely though but possible. Among your other numerous duties is the motor pool taking care of a humvee and gophering for anyone and everyone. You might even get stuck with being the CO''s driver if the Armorer is sharp enough to get himself exempted from it. If a squad or platoon takes battle damage, you might find yourself tagging along as a fifth wheel until replacements arrive. You won''t kick in any doors, but...

Q:

Why do non smokers feel it is alright to stomp all over the civil rights of smokers.?

A:  The reactionary arrogance of some non-smokers is displayed by some of the "answers" here (To the few polite posters, thanks for not resorting to name-calling just because of smoking). However it is in the UK, I bet it''s worse here. I posted this for a question asking about laws against smoking in cars, bars and open air: I totally agree- They''re not only BS, I think they''re bordering on infringement of civil liberties (At least the don''t smoke in the entire town thing). Why ban smoking in a car? Who else does that effect? Is it because people throw their butts out the window? Why not make a law against that and not smoking in the car? I don''t understand the self-riteousness and cruelty of some...

Q:

What are the chances of me getting caught overstaying my Schengen visa?

A:  As the others have said even if the entry or exit immigration officer of the German Federal Police may not notice it the computer will notice it and you might have problems to re-enter again in the future. You could go to a non Schengen country for 12 days. It could be the UK/Ireland but you should also think about going to Croatia. There are lots of tourist offers for 14 day all- inclusive beach vacations from Austria.. What most are reffering to here are the SIS system. You should be concerned if you''re blacklisted. If you''re it is almost impossible to enter Europe or any other member state that uses Schengen. They will notice. Even if they did not catch the physical stamp in the passport, you are ''in the ''puter,'' as they say and you will be flagged. Time to get out of the EU, honey....
