Which is the hardest to get? tourist, working or immigrant u.s visa and why?

A:  An immigrant visa is the hardest to get. That''s because you''re going someplace to stay. An immigrant visa is the hardest to get. Because you''re going someplace to stay in other country. Immigrant visa is toughest. Then working and then tourist. All countries will deeper scrutinize immigrant petitions due to security reasons and threat to their people''s employment....

A:  Yes, it''s hard. You''ll have to wait years. It doesnt matter what race are you. You have to have a green card. you have to live in the US for at least 5 years. (you may leave the country but you shouldnt exceed for a year) Then you may apply for US Citizenship. Then get finger printed, followed by the interview, test and voila the oath taking ceremony.. Then youll get your US PASSPORT. [Dont get involved in some crime or itll be difficult for you] Not very but you may have to go through special registartion when you get to the US. NSEERS CTR http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov/ Like a visitors visa or an immigrant visa? Just a visit for pleasure looks like it doesn''t take long to get. That would be a B 2 visa and it looks like the embassy at Abu Dhabi takes only a few days to interview...

Adoption question - if a foreigner baby is found abandoned on the streets of UK and given up for adoption what?

A:  An abandoned baby would be assumed to be British. How could there be different rules? If it''s abandoned, nobody will know what its nationality is anyway. I''m not going to say this never happens but it is extremely unusual. A thought came to my mind is ''how do you know a foreign baby is found abandoned?'' Firstly generally babies that are found abandoned are born to school age girls who have hidden their pregnancy. I know this doesn''t happen in every case but when situations like this usually happen because the mother is frightened and doesn''t know what to do so deals with it in her own way. When a baby is abandoned there is no way to tell if the mother is an immigrant or a UK citizen. The UK is a multi cultural country (yes I am British) so all a hospital can...

HELP!!!! What is a Fair Settlement? PART 2 The Response

A:  Here's what happens when you read somebody's summary instead of the actual statute. Your link to that document says the following on Page 24 with regards to Full Tort: "Plaintiff can seek recovery for all unreimbursed economic and non-economic loss arising out of an automobile accident. (§ 1705(c))" Note that it refers to the PA statute 1705(c). Well, here's how the statute is actually written: "(c) Full tort alternative.--Each person who is bound by the full tort election remains eligible to seek compensation for noneconomic loss claimed and economic loss sustained in a motor vehicle accident as the consequence of the fault of another person pursuant to applicable tort law." See:...

Q:

I was arrested when I was like 15 and need help?

A:  I think you could just put NO if you don''t have any other outstanding things on your adult record. They probably won''t check into if your clean. It sounds like the judge dismissed the case. If you never went to court afterward and never received any punishment then the case never went forward. Probably the only record will be that you were arrested. You will need to go to the court where it took place and go to the court clerks office to ask to see if they have a record on you. If they do, then you need to ask how to get it expunged. This will determine whether you need an attorney or not. It usually requires petitioning a judge and having witnesses to testify to your now good character. But if this is only an arrest record and not a conviction, you may not need witnesses. Did you try...

Q:

Is it safe to visit USA?

A:  Hello J: That was a tough story. In any event, I am not certain what happened at the immigration level but the first step I would take is to go to the US Embassy and ask for a B2 Visitor's visa. If you are denied then you will know. A safer, but more expensive way to do this is to have a lawyer prepare a legal brief and put your side of the story on the record so that you have a defense. Although we could ask for a copy of your record, it will take a year or more and they blank out a lot of the information so you still may not know.  Don't give up on the US just quite yet....it's a lovely country with a lot to offer....enjoy..you live once. Q:

What should be done about repeat offenders illegals drink & driving 2nd time this guy fled now teen hurt?

A:  They need to be deported ,let him sit in a Mexican prison and let them pay for it.I also know of a illegal that has had 2 dwi''s driving with a invalid drivers license and 2 speeding tickets. He gives them a different name each time.Just a matter of time before he hurts someone or worse.I guess they can commit crimes and be sent free, where a American would be thrown in jail. These illegals nobody should have pity for. These are the type of illegals that should be deported. Illegal or not, Nobody has the right to drink and drive. Anyone who drives under the effects of alcohol or drugs is a menace for other people''s lives and should be put in jail for at least a couple of months. put down just like any other ravid animal! Just think activists do not want illegals to be required to carry an...

Q:

What do I do if someone breaks in my house? (legally)?

A:  American cowboys, all hat YOU CAN''T KILL PPL JUST FOR BREAKIN IN YOUR HOUSE THEY HAVE TO POSE A THREAT TO U OTHERWISE ITS MURDER!! Just make sure its a burgular. Many times a homeowner will wake up, shoot first and its turns out that he has killed a relative who lives in the house. A guy in the next town forgot to turn off his silent alarm, when the police responded to his house, the homeowner shot one of the policemen. Oh,and if you just wound the criminal,he will probably sue you.And if you kill him,his relatives will most likely sue you. So Have fun Rambo You have the right to defend yourself and bear arms. (don''t forget that) If you have to shoot... don''t kill him (aim for his leg) When cops arrive I would give them the gun... and explain in full detail what happened. You can defend...

Q:

Is My Ticket Invalid?

A:  This almost sounds like insurance fraud, especially if he is claiming any personal injuries. I would tell your insurance company what happened and follow up to them with a letter. Then you should contest the ticket. Notify the court that you want to enter a not guilty plea and want a trial. Usually you can do this by mail and then they will advise you of your court date. Check with the clerk of court. You can bet the other party will not show up. They should dismiss since they do not have a witness. The police officers did not see what happened. If you can''t go back, hire an attorney....
