Q:

Do U Believe America can keep ILLEGAL ALIENS Out of The U.S., By Building a Fence And Using The Miltary To G?

A:  Absolutely Not!!!! Trust me I would know this. I know a lot of people that came here illegally. One even came here by running through the border and nearly died! but that was before they increased border patrol. Would it make it harder for illegal aliens to cross the border YES but not enough to a point where its gonna solve the problem. There''s always a way around, especially if the person''s coming here illegally because he or she is willing to do almost anything to reach America at that point. They have no hope for a better life in Mexico which is why so many of them risk their lives in the first place just to come here. No, it is no the military''s job. The fence is in idiotic political toy that will cost us billions and NOT work. It''s not the military''s job--and frankly it isn''t...

Q:

If you need to take someone to Court, and they had moved to a different state, how does this work?

A:  If you take him to small claims you file in the State you are in and it will be his responcibilty to show up to court. And as far as I know of you do not have to pay for his way...he does....she shouldn''t have taken off without clearing up his debts! ;) I think the best thing to do, would be nothing. Just forgive him for this debt as Jesus said to do "And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors." Matt. 6:12. I have less than a dollar to my name, but if one of my relatives owed me money and was about to move to another state, rather than taking them to court to get what''s owed me, I would just forgive them of this debt, and trust the Lord to take care of my needs. God bless you!!! :) I have one big question to ask. Did your brother in law sign a...

How to Quickly and Easily Gain Access to Criminal Records!

A:  With recent legislation teaming together with modern technology, it has become incredibly quick and easy to gain access to the criminal record(s) of any specific person. Whether you require a criminal records check to make sure your recently hired nanny doesn''t have any prior offenses or if you suspect that someone that you have just employed maybe a sexual predator. You can use a criminal records check to ensure the safety of yourself as well as your kids and even your business. In the past, the only way to access the criminal records of someone was to hire a private investigator to perform one for you. Private investigators still charge upwards of $200 to perform these checks on your behalf and they tend to be a lot slower and bring less elaborate results than performing a criminal...

Q:

Do you think the legal drinking age should be lowered to 18, and the legal driving age be raised to 18?

A:  yes and yes, it''s that way here in mexico actually Yes I believe the drinking age should be lowered. If one is old enough to vote, old enough to fight in a war and old enough to attend college then he or she should be able to consume alcoholic beverages legally. No I don''t believe the driving age should be raised. I know studies indicate that teenage drivers have more accidents, but this is due to inexperience. Whether the driving age is 18 or 45, if you can''t get experience unless you can drive. The only thing I could think that would work would be to raise the length of time one has a permit or introductory license, which a lot of states are doing.(I live in WV and we have a graduated driving system) Yes and yes. If we can send our troops over to Iraq who are sometimes 17 years old,...

Q:

I evicted my tenant in Queens county, New York City and received legal possession of his property. Please let me know the procedure for having the tenant pick up his belongings? How long do I need to keep his property available for his pick up? Is it 30 days from the date of the eviction or from the date I send him a notice to pick up his belongings? Do I need to send him a letter informing him for how long his belongings will be available and where? What should be included in the letter? Is there a template I can use? He informed the marshall that he would like to remove his property gradually. I have been told that I should not allow the tenant back into the apartment. Can I go back to court and ask that his belongings be removed? Please let me know what my responsibility is in this matter and the procedure. Thanks

A:  If the marshal executed the warrant and you have legal possession of the apartment, technically, you have legal possession of his items. '' I have been told that I should not allow the tenant back into the apartment.'' Absolutely correct. Do not let the tenant back in the apartment, otherwise, you may have to re-start the process. ''Can I go back to court and ask that his belongings be removed?'' Landlord-tenant court has limited powers. It certainly does not have the power to order an individual to ''clean'' the apartment. ''Please let me know what my responsibility is in this matter and the procedure.'' Send a certified letter to the tenant stating that his items shall be placed for garbage pick-up on a date certain. State in the letter that if he wants to retrieve his items, he must...
