Q:

What is the difference between the enforcement of criminal immigration and other crimes?

A:  I see no difference. If I break the law there are legal consequences. This is not a law is not applied. You do not know. Obama loves it, then it must good for them. Illegal immigration is also in medicine, that the Liberals should ''deal'' to create the world who have helped. I can not think of much worse than a crime to illegally into the united states to find a job. We would comprehensive immigration reform would have passed long ago. The situation is no better, no need to get healthy elle.Le sense in terms of an emotional reaction that leads to nothing stirring, except hatred and discord will be applied. There is no difference....

Income taxes are needed?

A:  StaR <star_law2003...yahoo.ca> wrote in message news:<csi1lvc1gqnefuohoa28jkeufcno0vur85...4ax.com>... Why "income tax" are needed. Contrary to what our resident damage control goons would have you believe, CANADA and the united states OF AMERICA are indeed CORPORATIONS with their own presidents, ministers, governors, board of directors and officers.. They are CORPORATIONS and their charters (the rules) are their constitutions. They are legal fictions created by its citizens for the purpose of organizing and formalizing their relationships with one another. This BODY created by the collective STANDS as an ARTIFICIAL PERSON at law. A government is a body corporate, a...

Q:

How is Arizona going to deal against 20 nations?

A:  How does their ''support'' change the law? I just came back from Ghana and the number of people that want to come here to the united states is amazing something I don''t particularly understand because I love their country almost more than I love my own. The thing is, the united states gives hope to Ghanaians, hope for a better future. With the Arizona law dealing particularly with immigration and such a sentiment from Ghanaians to come here it dashes that hope that they have. I''m sure this is the same with the other countries that have filed suit. They don''t. would any of you take any of those countries...

Q:

Online Gambling Site

A:  I believe that online gambling is now illegal. I had an account with an online gambling service and they terminated my account about a year ago. I think there was a recent law that was passed which makes it illegal to gamble online. If you owned a site outside of the U.S. you could do it but you still couldn''t allow people that are from the U.S. to gamble on your site. the united states congress passed a law against internet gambling. Most banks will not allow US citizens to tranfer money to known gambling sites. It is a ridiculous law and is easy to get around if you know what you are doing....

Q:

married To A U.S. Citizen - Do I Have To Go Back To My country To Get Green Card?

A:  Did your J1 have a 2 year foreign residency requirement? If so, you need to get that waived or honor the requirement. Marriage does not excuse you from compliance with a foreign residency requirement. Be careful about leaving the country, as you apparently have overstayed by more than six months and appear subject to a three-year period of ineligibility to reenter the united states even if the foreign residency requirement does not apply. (After a year-long overstay, that becomes ten years.)...

Q:

Can the british government get me in trouble if i'm in the US?

A:  There are US police liaison officers at New Scotland Yard in London, and the FBI have an international office at the US Embassy in Grosvenor Square, London. If you broke a serious law the matter would be merely passed on to the relevant US law Enforcement Authorities, and no you would not be issued with an ASBO. yes they can extradite you The British government can''t punish you for something you do in the united states. It is out of their jurisdiction. It''s like if you murder someone in England, the united states cannot punish you for that....

Q:

Can we get in trouble if....?

A:  Hi all, I''ve just written a very hasty, impassioned email to the London Consulate as I am so upset. Now that its sent I''m wondering if its appropriate and if they think I''m being rude if they will affect my application somehow and if I could get in any trouble? It is regarding my I-130 I feel I should be able to file through them. I emailed them a very kind letter explaining it, and a very kind email, and they wrote back to both saying no, so I just sent this (along with some other more polite stuff: "I know of a person who sent their I-130 to you for processing a week after they were married and got their Leave to Remain in the UK and it was accepted. I do not understand why many petitioners who have been married a shorter time...

Q:

If I am not planning on living in US for the period of time required to get US citizenship...?

A:  Yes, you do receive citizenship by marrying an american citizen but just having children with one will not make you a citizen, only your children. If you do not plan to stay in the united states but want to visit it you may get a visa. There are several different types. Including one for fiances of American citizens. i am pretty sure that marrying a US citizen will allow you to maintain a green card, but unless you actually live in the US for the required time i doubt you can become a citizen gold diggin skank...stay out... If u are married to an american you can get citiznship but you are not able to have dual citezenship meaning if you become a citizen somewhere else you lose your american status...

How do I get a new judge? The judge in TRO case against me is prejudiced HELP

A:  quote:Originally posted by linda3426:I have had 2 people in my apartment building concoct the biggest pack of lies in a declaration for a temporary restraining order. I was granted a Restraining order against a black male homosexual for having me arrested. He had a huge police file of filing complaints against many people and the case was thrown out. The city (LA) attorney showed me the file. 2 weeks ago, he tried to have me arrested again saying the I threatened to slash his face with a razor. The exact act he used against me on July 31. The judge believed the lies he concocted. She is totally prejudiced (she is black). How can I get her off of the case or can I just not go to the hearing. I am suing him for the bail I paid to get out of jail on Nov. 1. Do I has to file a motion? How do I...
