Q:

You just killed some innocent people street racing? now what?

A:  According to the article placed here...the facts seem to say these "victims" were the cause of their own demise. Smoke, fog and a public road? Dumb idea! I don''t care who someone thinks they are. In Florida, Very recently, there was a major accident(s) which was predominately the fault of weather and smoke. Good and innocent people died and were injured while safely trying to operate their vehicles...then people like this have the gall to ask and complain about illegal street racing?? NO Forgiveness for these "victims"!! DUH...there is a REASON for street racinig being illegal...Do you think this may be WHY? If it were my choice, I would take away everyone''s license who supports or turns a...

Q:

How many people are killed in the US each year because people shoot them with guns?

A:  I a web site I found that about 35,000 are killed each year in the us and about 100,00 are injured. I found out that about 35,000 people are killed each year and 100,000 are injured. its not guns that kill people, its people that kill people...

Q:

Should death penalty be mandatory for people who kill other people?

A:  I love the jerks who are "helping" you out by telling you "no, it shouldn''t be mandatory". Obviously they can''t read. You can really read up on other people''s opinions just by searching for the issue. Something like "why the death penalty is good" or whatever. Here are a couple of reasons, just to get you started: 1. Justice. If you steal a cookie from the cookie jar, the punishment is "no cookie for dessert", and not the death penalty and not life in jail. If you rob a mom and pop store and kill the people you robbed just to see their blood flow, justice will not be served if your only punishment is that you spend forty years getting your meals provided for you, reading...

Q:

Why do we put innocent people in jail?

A:  My understanding is that as a suspect they must post a bond (of allowed...meaning no a flight risk) or go to jail...so they don''t escape the court process. about to take place. Remember the OJ case where when they found him suspect no bail could be posted and he fled before they jailed him...the famous White Bronco ride on the LA freeway ? innocent people are put in jail until they are proven not guilty for fear that if they aren''t, then guilty people will be allowed to roam free until they are proven guilty and may then escape. In short, it''s just more efficient to put all suspects in jail. It may be horrible to think about innocent people rotting in jail...

Q:

What kind of law-related jobs are available for students who have completed just 1 year of law school?

A:  lol.........i just need points but idk Would you like fries with that? I am an attorney. You will be lucky to find a law related job after your third year. Too many attorneys. I knew people working as waiters and tie salepersons after graduation and I went to a top twenty school. Much better to be a doctor or a dentist. It is still not too late for you. supreme court janitor. You can get jobs with law firms after the first year of law school. These may not be the high-salary associate positions you hear about, but there are jobs that will pay well and give you experience in a law firm. Most law schools will help students get placed after that first year. The jobs are more of a law clerk or...

Q:

In SC is a 19yo 16yo same sex relationship legal ? is there a 4 year difference law regarding se--x ?

A:  The age of consent in SC is 16, meaning that a 16 year old can legally have consensual sex with anyone else 16 or older. No you creep there is no 4 year distance law.. the relationship itself isn''t illegal but sex may be, in many states sex with a minor isn''t legal....

Q:

Should all law enforcement people be fired and replaced with peace officers like we had when America was free?

A:  Yes. Law enforcement (and pushing for new laws by law enforcement types) is a business aimed at generating funds. That''s why you will be fined for minor "offenses" that endanger noboby and nothing rather than a warning. These days the sheeple have been brainwashed to the extent that most don''t know that there is a difference between keeping the peace and using the law as a means of extorting money out of the people. Very good idea. What would be even better would be to draft Peace Officers from the general population as a part of universal public service. Career cops, judges and politicians have generated totalitarian governments wherever they have developed. They have done much to undermine liberty in the U.S. That would be a great first step towards a...

Q:

Why does some people not like law enforcement?

A:  Because some law enforcers and agencies have gone from protecting the public to oppressing the public. One bad cop or one bad policy makes them all look bad. Criminals generally don''t like the people that are trying to put them in jail. It kind of makes sense if you think about it. in my town the officers patrol the coffee station at chevron more than they patrol the streets Because they suck! Maybe because some officers break the very same laws they arrest others for or maybe because most of them let the power they have go to their heads and treat people with no respect....

Q:

On the average, how many people are killed in traffice collisions every year?

A:  Around 41,000 to 43,000. http://safety.fhwa.dot.gov/facts/ heres a link In the United States, there have been over 40,000 traffic deaths EVERY year since 1961. Over 6,000 per year of those were teenagers. ======================================... over 40000 and it hasn''t changed much since the 1960''s in spite of all the safety devices. In passenger vehicles, about 31,000. All collisions - including trucks, buses, motorcycles, passenger vehicles and pedestrians - over 40,000. And do you know what is being done to reduce and prevent these massacres? Virtually NOTHING! Zilch! Nada! How can I say that? Easy. Over 90 pct of all motor vehicle crashes are caused by human error. And until society becomes more sensitive to and outraged by the...

Q:

Considering that there are some innocent people who do get convicted, is the death penalty right or wrong? I say one innocent killed is not worth it and that (justified or not) a government has no right to take a life.

A:  its a very tough call...is one innocent life a fair price to pay to vanquish many bad ones? Or can we be too liberal in our protection of life and then end up costing us trillions of dollars building more and more prisons and housing more and more prisoners because we do not want to take a life? I could go either way if it were not for our blatant disregard for life. Many people have a problem with an innocent man getting the death penalty but the government has no problem sending thousands of innocent men to die to protect their interests in war and foreign policy. How about killing innocent people we have no problem with only becausetheir...
